LINDSEY LUDTKE.
As a Licensed Professional Aesthetician, Lindsey Ludtke is fascinated with the science behind skincare, the art of cosmetics, and the ever advancing technology this industry has to offer. Starting her journey as an Aesthetician in a Salon/Day Spa, she soon realized that the medical field was the next step in her career to fully utilize her abilities and passion for the industry.
Partnering with a dermatologist, Lindsey opened a successful Medical Spa which quickly grew in size and locations. She performed services using advanced laser technology and pharmaceutical grade products while maintaining the daily operations and managing a staff of 25 employees. She became an expert in developing a personal relationship with her patients. She soon realized she enjoyed the consultation and the closing of the sale just as much as she enjoyed performing the services.
Lindsey then became a Sales Consultant for a Professional Skincare/Cosmetics Company where she eagerly moved in to the Regional Sales Manager position covering the North Central States. She played a large role in developing, marketing, and launching the glotherapeutics Professional Skincare/Chemical Peel brand. She was also the glotherapeutics National Educator training licensed professionals throughout the country.
With over 17 years of experience in the many facets of the industry, Lindsey is now pursuing her dream of educating and consulting others on how to successfully open and market a profitable cash cosmetic business! |
